Author Biography

Edward A. Taub, M.D., FAAP, was QVC's Wellness Medical Doctor for over 13 years. Dr. Taub's Wellness Medical Practice was considered the largest in the world. In January 2009 he redirected his life to become the Director of Integrative Medicine for the Southern California Hospice Foundation, a charitable resource focusing on elevating the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of patients. He is also the ship's doctor on the historic tall ship, Curlew, in Dana Point, California, where he conducts Voyages to Wellness to help physicians, nurses, and other health care professionals prevent or treat burnout and stress. A family physician and board-certified pediatrician, Dr. Taub is celebrating his 50th year since starting medical school. He has previously authored six books on preventative medicine and is founder of the Integrative Medicine movement.
