The Rise of the Gatekeeper

At the center of the universe, far from our galaxy stands the planet Grandol. For centuries this planet has hidden in darkness thanks to the evil doings of a faction known as The Superiority. With the influence of their powerful and feared master Lord Zarix I they have gained control of the entire planet. However, a rebellion of freedom fighters known as The Ultimate Coalition has dared to fight back. They have fought to regain their freedom without success. But the revelation of a prophecy reveals the arrival of a Chosen One who will determine the final fate of the planet. For over a century, The Superiority and The Coalition have been searching for this Chosen One in an attempt to bring them to their side. He has now been found.

Matt and Ryan slowly walked towards the table and sat down, keeping their eyes fixed on the young women. 'Good,' the women whispered, smiling brightly at the pair of them as they sat down. 'Now, I believe that you want to know about the prophecy that Sean and Jack have told you about?' Nervously, Matt and Ryan nodded. They felt rather intimidated by this woman, but were determined not to show it; they had to know what this was all about after all. 'Then,' the young women continued, 'look into the crystal ball and concentrate hard. It's the only way you can see what I can see.' Feeling slightly foolish, Matt and Ryan gazed into the crystal ball, trying their best to focus. To their great surprise, after staring into the crystal ball for what seemed like an eternity, Matt and Ryan spotted something hidden amongst the smoke. It was something dark and human shaped. Intrigued, Matt and Ryan looked closer into the crystal ball, and after about a minute, the smoke cleared and they got a clearer glance of what it was. It was a figure, dressed in dark brown leather jacket. They couldn't see its face, as it was hidden behind its hood. It also had its arms folded and was looked out of the ball right at those looking in at him. Then suddenly, the figure slowly raised its head higher, and without warning started to blow something from its mouth. Matt and Ryan both jumped. It was fire. The figure was blowing fire from its mouth. The fire floated in a ball in midair, and then the figure unfolded its arms, grabbed it with one of its gloved hands, and with all its might threw the fireball as if he was throwing it at something in front of him that the others couldn't see. The figure then folded its arms again, and then slowly faded away from inside the crystal ball, which once again filled up with smoke.
