Summary

This mother's deeply personal, poignantly honest memoir of the sudden tragic death of a gifted 28-year-old son- mountaineer, environmentalist, poet and artist-is ultimately a universal story about courage, grief and loss, marriage and divorce, the shadow of mental illness, and one woman's search for wholeness and healing.
