Bishop Carl H. Montgomery is pastor the Greater Grace Church of Jesus Christ in Baltimore. He holds a Bachelor of Theology and a Masters of Education degree in Counseling. The bishop is the founder of Grace of God Ministries and is a Certified Professional Counselor (CPC). He is the Assistant Presiding Bishop of The United Pentecostal Churches of Christ, presiding over the Second Episcopal Diocese. He is also the Endorser of Chaplains for the U.S. Armed Forces
