Author Biography

Russell G. Smith is Principal Criminologist at the Australian Institute of Criminology and head of the Transnational, Organised and Cyber Crime Program. He has published extensively on aspects of cybercrime, fraud control and professional regulation.
 
Ray Chak-Chung Cheung is Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronic Engineering, City University of Hong Kong. His research interests include cryptographic hardware designs and design exploration of System-on-Chip (SoC) designs and embedded system designs.
 
Laurie Lau is an entrepreneur and philanthropist in Hong Kong. He holds a doctorate from the Faculty of Humanities, Law and Social Sciences at the University of Glamorgan, UK. He has wide experience in research on policing internet-related crime, technology and society and is currently Chair of the Asia Pacific Association of Technology and Society (APATAS).
