About the Authors
Mark Stein and Lilith Christiansen are partners at Kaiser Associates, an international management consulting firm based in Washington D.C. Together, Mark and Lilith co-lead Kaiser's Organization Development practice, which is recognized as one of the first management consulting firms that has a specialty practice dedicated to corporate onboarding redesign. Mark and Lilith's onboarding client base is composed of many renowned global corporations, including several leading management consulting firms (who have chosen to work with Kaiser’s practice rather than leveraging their own internal Organization Development practices).

Over the past 18 years, Mark has led hundreds of corporate strategy and organization development engagements for numerous clients, including: Microsoft, Procter & Gamble, Deloitte, Target Corporation, Booz Allen Hamilton, Boston Scientific, Danaher Corporation, and Lockheed Martin. Mark is regularly an invited speaker at major Organization Development and onboarding conferences and conducts frequent webinars for HR consortia. Lilith Christiansen has 15 years of organization development consulting experience with Booz Allen Hamilton and Kaiser Associates.
