Author Biography

Douglas S. Russell was educated at Grinnell College and the University of Iowa College of Law, and served in the United States Army, Military Intelligence. He is an active member of Churchill Centre, Washington, D.C., and author of the acclaimed The Orders, Decorations and Medals of Sir Winston Churchill.
