Author Biography

Jaap Bosman, from the Hague, South Holland in the Netherlands, is a leading strategy consultant and an investor. He is one of the founders of TGO Consulting a strategy and positioning boutique which operates from New York, The Hague and Hong Kong.

His achievements have been recognized in 2013 by the Financial Times with the first ever Innovative Lawyers Award for International Strategy. He is also a winner of the Thomson Reuters Excellence in Legal Marketing Award.

Jaap is an engaging speaker and is considered one of the worlds' thought leaders on the future of the business of law. He is a regular contributor to the ABA Journal and other magazines across the world.

Lisa Hakanson is a strategy consultant and business analyst. She started out as an in-house lawyer in the upstream Oil & Gas industry. She has over fifteen years of experience in the legal sector and has worked internationally throughout her career.

With strong research and analytical skills, she has been working in the area of business development at the law firm side. She has been involved in strategic client development, market analysis and conducted financial analysis. Lisa graduated with honours in law from Stockholm University and holds an LL.M. cum laude in International Business Law. She is a co-founder and director at TGO Consulting, a business strategy boutique for the legal sector.
