Author Biography

Kate Myers Hanson was born and raised in Atlanta. Georgia, and has lived in New York, New Jersey. Iowa. Florida. Alabama and Louisiana. In 1998 she received her MFA degree from the Iowa Writers' Workshop. Currently, she is Editor-in-Chief of Passages North, the literary magazine of Northern Michigan University, and an assistant professor in the Department of English, on the writing faculty
