This book will look at the past and present the lives of women who have elegantly leaned into their forty-fifth birthday and beyond. These women were selected because of their life's experience and insight, and the hope of wisdom.
The women who were interviewed vary in their experience, education, and marital status. Each woman openly provided discernment coupled with brutal honesty. These women collectively share their experience of being a woman: growing into womanhood, what it is like to be married or single, keeping or losing friendships, and ideas on spiritual health and maturity. Their truthfulness is profound and rich in advice for women living and loving in the 21st century.

PAMELA HARDY-SHEPARD, PhD, MBA, MPH
Dr. Pamela Hardy-Shepard is a Motivational/Keynote Speaker, Author, Researcher, Consultant, Experienced Leader, Life Coach, and Professor. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Services, Specialization in Management of Nonprofits. She also earned her Master of Public Health with an emphasis in Maternal and Child Health, a Master of Business Administration with a Specialization in Marketing. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences in Psychology. For the last 30 years, Dr. Hardy-Shepard, has worked in numerous health and human services capacities and has a strong background in public health, nonprofits, and business.
