As a principal, she brings more than twenty-five years of experience and currently leads R.W. Beck s Utility Business Consulting practice. Ms. Adams received her degree from Cornell University. Dave A. Jochim has more than thirty years of experience in management consulting and assisting utilities and infrastructure organizations. He received his master s degree in civil engineering from Montana State University and is currently a vice president with R. W. Beck in Seattle, Washington. Tom R. Cutting is a senior consultant with R. W. Beck. During his thirty-five year career, he has developed business planning procedures that have been adopted by leading utilities and engineering companies throughout the world. Mr. Cutting holds a master s degree in engineering from Oregon State University and has lectured at colleges worldwide.
