It is important to develop a sense of ethics. As we mature, this sense becomes an essential survival tool. However, it takes time to develop this sense of ethics. Faced with a situation, one must decide the suitable action to take. For example, what would you do, if Myeesha, goes to a theater and gets a discount by lying about her age Or Sonal is invited to a party at Jiban#xE2;#xAC;"s house. Jiban#xE2;#xAC;"s parents will not be at home during the party. This is not acceptable to Sonal#xE2;#xAC;"s parents. Sonal lies and goes to the party anyway. Peers do play a role in helping us validate our choices. Reflection over a period of time allows one to reassess choices once made. All must learn how to develop young adults with this sense of ethical decision making. This book attempts to assist the parents, the teachers, and the peers to help individuals to assess and manage their sense of right and wrong. As active participants, one is engaged in the process by thinking, validating, and reflecting through several scenarios. Over a period of time, there is benefit to the person and to the society. Suggestions for teachers to implement methods to enhance ethical decision making in the classroom is a possibility again. Parents can play a major role in helping their child to develop a sense of right and wrong. Finally, the book allows the peers to become a part of the process, and no one has to choose right from wrong alone.
