Author Biography

Alan Faingold is the President and CEO of Customer Loyalty Concepts, LLC. He has been in restaurant and hospitality management for more than forty years. He earned his Bachelor in Business Management, Master of Science in Leadership, and Doctor of Education degrees while leading high-performing management training restaurants. Alan graduated Summa Cum Laude from Walden University in 2019.Elaine Kronon is a renowned miniature designer and former business owner who entered the workforce as an executive secretary. Her decision to change careers and venture into automobile sales was unprecedented at the time. She has management experience in accounting and vehicle leasing firms. Elaine has raised eight children and currently teaches English as a second language.
