Author Biography

Susan M. McMichael is a former chair of the Western States Project, and representative on the National Association of Attorney Generals RCRA Federal Facility Task Force. She has clerked for the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and currently works for Los Alamos Nuclear Security, LLC.
