Dr. Joseph Ross was born in Poughkeepsie, New York. He is a well-known, well-respected doctor in his community. As an obstetrician and gynecologist for 25 years, he delivered more than 2,000 babies. From there, he was appointed Chief Medical Examiner of Dutchess County and has been investigating deaths of every kind and nature, going from life to death in a medical career spanning over 40 years
