Author Biography

Susan Corby is Professor of Employment Relations at the University of Greenwich, UK, and has public sector employment relations and equality. She is currently leading a research project into employment tribunals funded by the Economic and Social Research Council. Graham Symon is Senior lecturer in Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour at the University of Greenwich, UK, where he specialises in employment relations in recent years he has published research on local governance, trade unions and lifelong learning policy.
