Author Biography

Rangaswamy Vedavalli is the former World Bank Principal Economist and Manager of Energy Operations. Dr Vedavalli represented the World Bank at the World Energy Council (WEC) and is the former Director of WEC's Energy Facilitation Programme. Dr Vedavalli obtained a Ph.D. from the Delhi School of Economics and a Post Doctoral Distinction at the London School of Economics.
