Silver Radio

As a long time radio personality and for the first time ever, I am sharing publicly many events and happenings from both my radio career and also personal life that occurred during my radio career.I gave some early print "book proofs" of "Silver Radio" to a few people in the radio and music industry, and of of those people told me that, ...because of the events, the uniqueness in the way "Silver Radio" was written, and the interest it held for them, and also a few thought provoking ideas this book gives, that "Silver Radio" could very well be "the book" of 2012. I told them thank you but..I highly doubt that, especially being that this is my very first book that I have written. I just felt that I had so many things happen with some very surprising twists and turns, that it would be an enjoyment to share my story. My sister Shaun Murphy, (from "The Shaun Murphy Band"), and is currently in Bob Seger's band, and has been in Eric Clapton's among other bands, has been a huge influence to me in loving so many styles of music, and eras of music. She is just one of my influences as "Silver Radio" will cover more of that.Throughout my radio career, there has been some unexpected spiritual influence that looking back, I am thankful for but as you will read, many times, I wasn't so quick in taking in the influence.Silver Radio covers the crazy times, the fun times, the funny and serious times, and so much more.It is a pleasure, and a privilege to be able to share with you my radio autobiography "Silver Radio."
