Author Biography

Arinna Weisman has studied insight meditation since 1979 and has been teaching since 1989, throughout the U.S. and Europe. Jean Smith is the author/editor of numerous books on Buddhism, including 365 Zen and Now! The Art of Being Truly Present. She is the president of the board of directors of the Mountain Hermitage, in Taos, New Mexico, where she lives.
