Author Biography

Professor James O'Reilly of the University of Cincinnati co-chairs the FDA Committee of the ABA Section of Administrative Law & Regulatory Practice. He formerly chaired the programs committee of the Food & Drug Law Institute, and gave the keynote address for FDA's Midwestern management convocation on the 100th Anniversary of FDA in 2006. Dr. Victoria Wells Wulsin, M.D., Dr.P.H. also of Cincinnati, has worked against HIV and STD infections in Kenya as well as in America.She is a champion for global public health.
