Author Biography

Xud Zubieta es doctor en psicología y lleva trabajando décadas en pos del bienestar personal. Su interés por crecer y aprender le llevó a Londres, donde en 1986 conoció la meditación y la importancia de la práctica de Mindfulness. Desde entonces ha estado practicándola y durante períodos ha ayudado a otras personas a aprenderla y aplicarla en su día a día. Vive en España donde participa en diversos proyectos, todos relacionados con el desarrollo y crecimiento personal.
