Author Biography

Designer Fu-Tung Cheng heads the Berkeley, California, firms of Cheng Design and Cheng Design Products. His hands-on approach to residential architecture and kitchen and product design has won him numerous awards and recognition for innovation and creativity. Cheng's contemporary-crafted houses have appeared in many architecture and design publications, including Architectural Record, Architectural Digest, and House Beautiful. Eric Olsen is a Berkeley writer who has contributed to a wide range of publications including Self, Reader's Digest, Men's Health, Men's Journal, Runner's World, and various in-flight magazines. He is author of LifeFit: An Effective Exercise Program for Optimal Health and a Longer Life (1996).
