Wanda's Words Got Stuck

Wanda the witch is so shy she can’t talk at school. No matter how hard she tries, the words simply won't come out. But when another quiet little witch named Flo joins her class, it seems that Wanda’s not the only one who gets nervous sometimes. Then disaster strikes at the school-wide magic contest. Lucy Rowland works as a speech and language therapist for children. Her experience and passion for her work prompted her to make the leap into writing picture books. When she’s not daydreaming about story ideas, reading A. A. Milne, or thinking up new rhymes, she enjoys backpacking, baking, and long walks on the beach. Lucy Rowland lives in London.

Paula Bowles grew up with a house full of animals. She has always loved drawing, reading, and using her imagination, so she became an illustrator. In addition to drawing, Paula likes getting out of the city for long walks and bike rides in the fresh air. And she knows how to walk a tightrope! She lives in the UK.
